LONG TERM POSITIONS
Use your God-given gifts to change the future of Swaziland by joining our team at El Shaddai. Because the basis for everything we do always begins with prayer, we ask that you first pray over your calling towards any of these positions. After prayerful consideration, if you have a strong draw towards any of these positions please send us a message via the Contact Page and we will follow up with you.
To ensure credibility and remain in compliance with the Swazi government, a full background check from your home country will be required as part of the application process for both paid and volunteer positions. Additionally, we require contactable references for all positions listed.
FULL-TIME NURSE (PAID)

Additional responsibilities will include daytime outreach to the surrounding community. This position is strictly a long-term volunteer position.
MAINTENANCE STAFF (VOLUNTEER)
To manage and steward what God has given us well, El Shaddai Ministries needs maintenance staff to help us maintain and improve our property. This includes tasks such as maintaining the water supply, repairing roof leaks, mending fences, etc. to ensure the children have a safe and welcoming place to call home. Building/contracting experience is preferred, although no official certification is necessary. This is a long-term volunteer position.
PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS (VOLUNTEER)
Help El Shaddai Ministries make free, quality education in Swaziland a reality. Many Swazi students struggle in the areas of English, math, and science. Our school would greatly benefit from qualified teachers who are passionate about seeing their students succeed.
